Paper Quality and Thickness

The quality of the paper is perhaps the first thing to consider when buying a notebook. Notebooks with thin paper should be avoided as there will be indentations on other pages when you write on them. Also the paper would tear up easily.

 Even thick paper may not be right for you if you’re going to use a fountain pen, as the ink would bleed into the paper if it’s too thick. Ideally, you should look for the middle ground between thick paper and thin paper.

  Size
