You will receive an email on order confirmation. Please contact us incase you have not received any confirmation (mail us on care@ghirani.com)

It takes around two business days to ship orders. However final delivery time will vary based on location.

Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. 

Free shipping on all orders above Rs.1500. An additional charge of Rs. 45 will be levied on orders below that.

An email will be sent to you once your order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can track your order on service providers website.

We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.

Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by logging in into your account or reach out to us on care@ghirani.com.

Return & Exchanges

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to info@ghirani.com or call us on 8198079511. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

You can return products, up to 20 days from the date of dipstach, from "My Orders" section of our website. Or, you can send a request to info@ghirani.com or call us on 08198079511 
 

Please note the returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

You can return all items. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check if your pincode has this facility by contacting us on care@ghirani.com. If your pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:


  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date.


Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Please drop a mail on same at info@ghirani.com and we will do our best to pick it up, provided the pincode is in the list of reverse pickup picodes.

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

You can choose for refund to the original payment source.


For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self ship the items to Ghirani. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed throug Ghirani.com e- voucher. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
