How will I receive my Order?

We tie up with many trustworthy and reputed courier partners for door delivery of your order. Your order will be delivered on the address mentioned by you in shipping address.

How will I get to know if my order is placed successfully?

Upon placing the order, we send a confirmation email to the email id provided by you during order placement. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified.

How did money got deducted from my  debit card/credit card/Net Banking even though the order was not successful. What really happened with my money?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment  failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. We do not have any say in such circumstances, therefore would request you to contact your bank’s customer care.

How should I check the status of my Order?

If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your ghirani.com account. If you are still not able to track your order, write to us at care@ghirani.com.

Payments & Shipping Charges

What all Payment options do you have?

 At present we offer Credit card, Debit Card, evouchers and Net banking

Do you offer Cash of delivery (COD)

 At present we do not offer any cash on delivery payment option

Do you apply any shipping charges?

 We provide free shipping on orders worth Rs.1500 and above. A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 45 is charged on all orders worth below Rs 1500

Cancellation  & Modification Policy:-

If your order has not been processed, you can log in your ghirani.com account and do the same by logging in your ghirani.com account and do the same or get in touch with our customer service on 8198079511 at the earliest ( within 24 hours of placing the order) with your order number to cancel it.We would refund the money as ghirani.com evoucher.

Return/ Replacement & Refund Policy:-

At Ghirani, we assure you that all products are checked properly before shipping them but even then the product you receive is “Damaged, Defective”, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem.The possible solutions covered in returns policy are:

Replacement / Exchange    

  • If the product is Damaged, Defective condition or it was not as described, you may request a replacement for that product. Ideally in replacement, we do a pickup of the product which is (Damaged, Defective) from the customer’s place in an unused/undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact. 
  • We provide replacement of the product once we have received the product which was either “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and we have a done the quality check on the same (for damaged and defective items). There are some locations where a reverse pickup is not available, hence in such cases we ask the customer to send the product in an unused condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact from any trusted courier to our warehouse. In this scenario, we will reimburse an amount of Rs. 100/- as “Ghirani evouchers” for sending the product to us.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of the product. If the product is out of stock you will either receive either “ghirani evoucher code” or a “Refund” of the product amount paid while purchasing.

What is your Refund Policy and terms & conditions for refund?

Refund will not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product ordered in case if the product delivered is (Damaged, Defective). Refund facility will not be applicable in case of product disliked by the customer.

If the order value becomes zero on usage of any credit vouchers or discount coupon codes, for such instances, there will be no refund  provided and in return we will provide you with an “ghirani evoucher” which you can use to redeem any other product of your choice from the ghirani website.

Do you have any Exceptions, where returns will not be supported

Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:-

  • If the return request is made after the specified time frame (20 days from the date of delivery).(48 hours for damaged and defective).
  • Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.
  • In this, you will either get the “ Ghirani eVoucher” or the order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account. What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

Rs.50/- for shipment will be added to evoucher code.In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.For any further queries kindly mail us on care@ghirani.com


Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues

Do you personalize/ custom make products?

We do not personalize products at present
